These Terms and Conditions outline how we build, host and support your website. They apply to all ACE Create clients unless stated otherwise. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Our help desk operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours (AEST).
For Standard Hosting, $249 Websites, and Custom Websites
Hosting is $69 + GST per month, starting from the month your website goes live.
For $99 / Managed Website Clients
Hosting is $99 + GST per month, billed monthly or yearly starting when your contract is signed.
Managed website plans are subscription-based. If payments stop, the website will be taken offline.
All Hosting and Support Packages Include:

Requests outside your original website scope or the training provided may incur additional fees. We’ll always send a quote before starting work.
$99 / Managed Websites
Your plan includes 4 changes per year.
You must let us know when you would like changes made. Unused changes do not roll over. If you’re unsure whether something is included, just ask.
You are responsible for providing all content, assets and information used on your website. This includes ensuring that all text is accurate, free from errors and not misleading. ACE Create is not responsible for proofreading, editing or fact-checking content unless agreed in writing.
We build websites to work smoothly across modern browsers and commonly used devices. Older browsers, outdated operating systems or unsupported devices may not display your website correctly, and fixes for those may incur additional costs.
If your website connects to any third-party services, ACE Create is not responsible for outages, changes or issues caused by those external systems.
Once your website is paid in full, all intellectual property relating to the design and build is transferred to you.
