Hosting is $69 + GST per month, starting from the month your website goes live.
Managed websites are billed at $99 + GST per month, either monthly or yearly, starting from the date your contract is signed.

If your website connects to third-party services, ACE Create is not responsible for outages, changes, errors or issues caused by those external systems.

Once your website is paid in full, ownership of the completed website design and client-specific content is transferred to you.

ACE Create retains ownership of any internal systems, reusable code, custom framework components, processes, tools, templates or development methods used to build, manage or maintain the website.
Your website is covered by a three-year development guarantee.
This means any genuine development errors caused by ACE Create will be fixed at no cost during the warranty period.

However, ACE Create cannot guarantee:
If you change website content, page structure, headings, links or metadata without guidance, SEO best practice may no longer apply.
Ongoing SEO strategy, content updates, keyword research and performance monitoring are not included unless agreed in writing.
You are responsible for ensuring that all text, images, videos, graphics, documents and design elements you supply are legally owned or properly licensed.
ACE Create is not liable for copyright issues related to client-supplied materials.
All client information is treated as confidential.
ACE Create will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent unless legally required.
ACE Create may showcase your completed website in its portfolio, marketing materials or case studies.
ACE Create may also include a small, discreet footer link on your website unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you choose to move your website hosting elsewhere, ACE Create can provide the necessary website files where possible for a minimum fee of $150 + GST.
Where a website is built using ACE Create’s custom framework, some functionality may rely on ACE Create’s systems, hosting environment or development structure.
ACE Create will provide the necessary website files where possible, but cannot guarantee the website will operate the same way on another hosting provider’s server.
Once your website is transferred away from ACE Create hosting:
For security, privacy and website stability reasons, ACE Create does not provide admin-level access to websites built on its custom framework.
Where backend access is included in your website package, ACE Create may provide access based on the level required to manage approved website content.

If you are on a managed website plan and choose to switch to a handover build, backend access may be provided once the one-time upgrade fee is paid.

AI tools are becoming a common part of how websites are built, reviewed and maintained. This section outlines how ACE Create approaches the use of AI in our work and what applies when clients use AI tools in connection with their website.

Where content provided by the client has been generated using artificial intelligence tools, the client accepts full responsibility for reviewing, verifying and approving that content before submission.

Websites built by ACE Create are designed and tested to meet agreed specifications and industry standards at the time of delivery.
AI-generated audits or automated assessments may flag recommendations, suggestions or perceived issues as a matter of course. The presence of these suggestions does not automatically mean your website is defective, incomplete or in breach of any agreed deliverable.
ACE Create is not obligated to action requests or change orders based solely on AI-generated reports.
If you have concerns raised by an AI tool, we encourage you to contact your Account Manager to discuss them first. Any agreed changes following that review will be assessed under our standard change request process and may be quoted separately.

SEO is an ongoing and evolving discipline. Automated SEO audits do not always reflect the full context of your website strategy.
ai accessibility checkers
Websites are built to meet reasonable accessibility standards at the time of delivery, based on the agreed project scope.
Automated accessibility tools can be helpful, but they do not always reflect the full context of a website or confirm whether a site does or does not meet accessibility requirements.
Any accessibility concerns raised after delivery can be reviewed by ACE Create and may be treated as a change request unless they relate to an agreed scope item.
